This privacy policy applies to DJ Opus, including the public site at djopus.party, the open-source DJ Opus project, and the in-progress DJ Opus for ChatGPT experience.

We collect only the information needed to run the site, operate DJ Opus sessions, support users, and improve stability.
The landing site uses Cloudflare infrastructure and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic patterns, page usage, and session quality.
DJ Opus may store pattern code, saved pattern names, tags, session state, and editor history so the music tool works as expected.
If you email support, we receive whatever contact details and message contents you choose to send.
When DJ Opus is used inside ChatGPT, OpenAI may provide limited app context needed to run the session, such as chat-scoped metadata.

DJ Opus relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, Microsoft Clarity for landing-page analytics, and OpenAI when the ChatGPT app version is used.
We do not sell personal information.
Session data and saved patterns may be retained as needed to keep DJ Opus functioning or until they are removed. Support emails may be retained for follow-up and operational history. Analytics retention is subject to the relevant provider's policies.
